Power Apps Auto Garage Mechanic System

Auto Inspection is written using Microsoft Power Apps and is designed to assist auto garages carry out a vehicle service.
It has two aspects – the agent version allows the agent to register client orders and runs on a tablet or a laptop/desktop PC.
The mobile phone version is designed to aid the mechanic in carrying out the service/inspection
Each day the mechanic will recieve a list of inspections to be carried out marked in priority of urgency.
When the app is loaded the mechanic is able to easily arry out the vehicle check and mark off which items passed or failed the inspection.
The mechanic is also able to add notes and take photos which are attached to the inspection report.
The details can be saved and worked on again until the inspection is marked as complete.
Once complete the mechanic at the press of a button sends the information back to the office.
The agent will see on the display that the inspection is complete and can then go about finalising the client order.
At the click of a button, a PDF containing a letter along with the inspection report is automatically emailed to the client.
The letter and report are saved directly into SharePoint for future reference.
There is also a built in graph feature outlining the month by month inspection stats for the whole year.

Push notifications are sent to the mobile phone daily giving details of inspections due.
When the app is loaded the mechanic can see instantly the clients that need vehicle inspections done.
The agent will see on the display that the inspection is complete and can finalise the order. They click a button and a PDF containing a letter along with the inspection report is automatically emailed to the client.
Client letter and inspection service report pdf is automatically generated and emailed to the client.
The letter and report are saved directly into SharePoint for future reference.
